These terms apply to all cooperation with p4p executive GmbH regarding the «Hypnosis» service.
By booking a hypnosis therapy session, you expressly agree to the following information.

 

Client Information

 

You acknowledge that the success of hypnosis therapy depends on your commitment, cooperation, and desire to bring about change. You agree to actively support this process but understand that p4p executive GmbH cannot guarantee any specific results.

 

You are aware that the hypnosis therapy provided by p4p executive GmbH is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment and does not constitute any form of diagnosis. p4p executive GmbH does not issue prescriptions and does not treat physical or psychological disorders.

 

Consent

 

You have been informed about the risks associated with the use of hypnosis and authorize p4p executive GmbH to conduct hypnosis sessions in accordance with the agreed-upon objectives.

 

You understand that respectful physical contact with your shoulders, arms, hands, or forehead may be necessary during hypnosis sessions to facilitate the hypnotic trance state, support visualization, or anchor suggestions in your subconscious mind. You hereby give your explicit consent to such contact during the sessions.

 

Your hypnosis sessions can be digitally recorded and stored for documentation purposes if needed. These recordings can be made available to you upon request. You consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data in accordance with data protection regulations. You may withdraw your consent in writing at any time, although doing so may affect the results of your treatment.

 

Disclaimer and Waiver of Liability

 

You agree to inform p4p executive GmbH in advance of any physical or psychological conditions that could affect the hypnosis process. You release p4p executive GmbH from any liability for damages of any kind, whether direct or indirect, that may arise in connection with your hypnosis sessions, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable.

 

You waive any claims for damages, including on behalf of your dependents and heirs. Cases of gross negligence are excluded from this waiver.
