Marco Sulser

As Founder and Managing Partner, I coordinate and steer the company’s activities and act as the main contact for clients and partners in the national and international environment.

I started my career in traditional accounting. Later as CFO, I was also responsible for the implementation of new IT strategies. As a result, I moved to the IT industry and succeeded as an account manager and as a sales manager. Following my BA study, I was the CEO of a company active in trade of thermoplastic industrial goods and successfully carried out mergers & acquisitions. I managed to successfully expand the market position within Switzerland and acted as market leader. 

 

For more than twenty years, I have been working in various management levels in consulting. Whether in change management tasks, in the development and expansion of strategic business areas or within restructuring. Thanks to my always sharp expertise and my high social skills, I can successfully position myself in a wide variety of business environments. 
Thanks to my extensive qualifications in accompanying executives and as a highly experienced and proven business coach, I act as a mentor and career advisor. Due to my trustworthy position as a sparring partner, I work with entrepreneurs and executives at the highest levels of management for recruitment, coaching and consulting services. 
 

My interest in and for people, as well as my fascination for aspects of management, marketing, sales and client management, led me to conduct various educations and trainings as an assessor. Growing up in Zurich, I speak German, English, Italian, French and Spanish.
