One of my core competencies lies in supporting and managing transformation and migration projects. I assist organizations and leaders in all phases of change processes – from analysis and conceptualization through operational implementation to sustainable integration. With a clear focus on the essentials, I easily identify key structures, processes, and people, and reliably lead successful projects of varying sizes. I remarkably combine analytical rigor with a high degree of empathy and pragmatism.

Alongside my management work, I have continuously developed myself since 2011. With extensive training and further education in the fields of coaching and personal development, I support people in challenging life situations and help them to overcome obstacles, activate resources, and develop new courses of action.

By combining management experience with coaching expertise, I understand how to effectively shape both organizational transformations and individual development processes. My goal is always to support individuals and/or companies alike in not only managing change, but also using it as an opportunity for sustainable growth.
